Job summary

INFRASOURCE SERVICES LLC is seeking an Area Manager to serve as the primary link between IFS operations and PSE Contract Management, ensuring consistency, compliance and performance across bases. You will manage unit contracts and drive pricing adjustments and contract amendments as needed.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, review KPI performance, support billing and damage claims processes, and mentor base supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utility construction operations, contract administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of unit-based construction contracts.
• Experience managing crews or field teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and validate KPI performance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Working knowledge of Locusview, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the unit contract to negotiate and communicate with PSE Contract Management.
• Review unit interpretation, support pricing adjustments, and assist contract updates.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and coordinate amendments as needed.
• Identify process issues with PSE Contract Management and drive improvements.
• Review KPI performance, coordinate adjustments with stakeholders, and verify accuracy.
• Align IFS and PSE teams across operating bases and support base Supervisors.
• Assist with damage claims investigations and liability determinations.
• Collaborate with Billing to apply contract units accurately and answer questions.
