Qualifications

• Must demonstrate effective leadership in the locating industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of underground utility construction and placement.
• Successfully complete company-provided Locate Technician training and pass testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Locate Supervisors and oversee workload distribution.
• Maintain relationships with customers, homeowners, and the public.
• Interact with Corporate and coordinate IT, purchasing, and related activities.
• Interpret reports (PDR, audits, production) and assist in difficult locate jobs.
