Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Area Manager/Robotics Specialist to oversee operations across a regional portfolio, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while leading cross-functional teams.

You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor equipment like autonomous scrubbers, analyze reports, and maintain strong client and store relationships. Travel to client sites and occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional written and oral communication is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong customer-facing and problem solving abilities are needed.
• Must understand how to motivate and provide supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and account management to stores in an assigned district.
• Ensure quality work across all stores within scope.
• Operate autonomous scrubbers and train routes as needed.
• Monitor scrubber output reports and meet run time goals.
• Manage and train work crews across locations.
• Maintain staffing, budgets, and scheduling.
• Oversee completion and timely submission of new hire paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
