Job summary

Impact Solutions in the Greater Milwaukee / Germantown area seeks an executive Head of Operations to lead a dual mandate: restructuring legacy operations while architecting a new Robotics & Machine Controls Division. This direct-hire role reports to the President/CEO and offers a high-impact, zero-bureaucracy environment.

You will shape strategy, manage CapEx and budgets, build teams from the ground up, and drive safety, compliance, and scalable growth across manufacturing, IT, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of automation/controls experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven turnaround and scaling experience in technical divisions.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and CapEx planning.
• Solid hardware/software integration understanding in automation/robotics.
• MBA or advanced engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational restructuring and turnarounds across functions.
• Architect the internal Robotics Division roadmap, headcount, CapEx, and procurement.
• Oversee multi-department operations including engineering, manufacturing, IT and HR.
• Manage financial forecasts, department budgets, and capital allocation.
• Institute KPIs/OKRs and ERP optimization for growth and compliance.
