Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
• Stand or walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and weather at delivery sites.
