• Produce concise final survey reports per templates and timelines.
• Contribute to policy development and long-range planning.
• Assist management with business volume assumptions and budgets.
• Handle customer complaints and adjust invoices when necessary.
• Promote Sabine Surveyors services and participate in industry activities.
• Supervise ongoing staff training, including safety meetings.
• Represent surveyors' interests to upper management on time use and morale.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and personal development.
• Ensure PPE, equipment calibration, and records compliance.
