• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective action or recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, providing feedback and coaching.
• Respect the individual, build high-performing teams, and foster belonging and inclusion.
• Act with integrity and promote Walmart values, ensuring accountability and positive impact.
• Serve customers and members and apply EDLP/EDLC principles in plans and decisions.
