Qualifications

• Familiarity with Walmart policies, safety standards, and EDLP/EDLC principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring workload.
• Ensure training on Logistics processes and company policies; enforce safety standards.
• Analyze reports to monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
