Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to improve performance.
• Maintain quality and safety by training associates and enforcing policies.
• Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by coordinating workloads and providing feedback.
