• Or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement business plan for area by managing staffing, scheduling and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and train associates on policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and providing feedback.
