Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1 year in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotions.
• 1 year's experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates.
• 3 years' experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to align on goals and issues.
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area to achieve facility goals including production quality and safety.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands for workload and performance results.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements and ensure compliance with standards and directives.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance and offering development opportunities.
