• 1 year Walmart Logistics management or 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally or in writing.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards; train associates on policies.
• Identify associate, customer or supplier concerns; determine corrective actions or recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
