Competenze

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience (Preferred).
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees (Preferred).
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma (Preferred).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (Preferred).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field (Preferred).
• Industry experience in retail, food & beverage, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, distribution environments (Preferred).

• Lead and mentor hourly workforce to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Operate in variable temperatures and weather environments at delivery stations.
• Support cross-functional teams to implement plans meeting business objectives.
