• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and providing feedback and coaching.
