Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Evening Shift Housekeeping Supervisor at 66 Blossom Street to maintain a sanitary, safe, and orderly hospital environment. You will oversee the housekeeping program and ensure standards are met for a high-quality patient setting.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning schedules, training staff, inspecting facilities, and managing budgets and inventories. 5–7 years in hospital cleaning operations with 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years experience in cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals.
  • 2–3 years supervisory experience.

Essential Functions
  • Establishes standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Plans work schedules and assigns staff, hours, and work areas to ensure adequate coverage throughout the hospital.
