Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations in the Saginaw area. The role focuses on directing field operations, coaching frontline teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in janitorial or facilities services, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Evening/second-shift availability and a valid driver’s license are required to support regional travel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in janitorial, facilities, or service operations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings/second shift as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple accounts, managing schedules, coverage, and service execution.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Cleaning Associates and Supervisors.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety policies (OSHA/SDS) and security procedures.
• Build relationships with facility managers and resolve client concerns.
• Manage inventory, deliver products, and control labor hours to optimize performance.
