Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an energetic, organized, and hands‑on Area Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across our commercial accounts in the Saginaw area. In this role, you will lead field operations, empower frontline teams, and ensure we consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple accounts, managing schedules, coverage, and service execution.

Team Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Cleaning Associates and Supervisors. Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support.

Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to maintain our rigorous cleanliness standards. Enforce company safety policies, proper chemical handling (OSHA/SDS guidelines), and security procedures.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, proactively resolving any concerns or special requests.

Resource Management: Manage supply inventory, deliver products to accounts, and control labor hours to optimize performance.

What We Are Looking For
