Velociti Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple client locations in the Phoenix area. You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, build strong client relationships, and ensure service quality, safety, and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, travel between locations, and a focus on process improvements, staffing, training, and adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities services, or related operations leadership.
• Experience managing supervisors, leads, or frontline employees preferred.
• Ability to travel locally between assigned client locations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations across multiple assigned client locations within a designated market. This role ensures service quality, employee performance, client satisfaction, and operational consistency across assigned accounts. The Area Manager provides leadership and support to supervisors and frontline team members while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional facility services. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can build strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and drive accountability in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bilingual communication skills a plus.
