Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Clean DMV driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned store locations.

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Communicate repair priorities with store managers.
