Creative Solutions In Healthcare is seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for multiple long-term care facilities. You will supervise staff, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and reliability of the physical plant.

We value experience in healthcare maintenance, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to the wellbeing of elderly and disabled residents. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Texas.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; college degree desired.
• 2–5 years of experience in a long-term care maintenance role.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Cares for elderly and disabled individuals and adheres to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Perform maintenance tasks to keep the physical plant and equipment safe and efficient.
• Develop, implement, and audit preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise outside contractors for repairs and projects.
• Maintain safety standards through inspections of fire control systems and coordinated drills.
• Promote safety awareness and onboarding on safety policies.
• Manage repair, maintenance, and project budgets.
