Hireology is seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple long-term care facilities in Texas. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant systems.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and resident care, with HVAC experience preferred but not required.

This role involves overseeing maintenance operations for long-term care facilities, primarily in the [Region/Area]. In this role, you will:

• Perform Maintenance Tasks: Ensure the physical plant and equipment are safe and functioning efficiently.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance: Establish, implement, and audit preventive maintenance programs.

• Has experience with heating and air conditioning, boiler and water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency power generators. (HVAC experience is preferred but not required.)

• Practices safe defensive driving skills and qualifies for company insurance.
