Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of long-term care maintenance experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Care for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Familiarity with safety policies and patient rights.
• HVAC, boiler, water systems, and power generators knowledge.
• Ability to drive and qualify for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Perform maintenance tasks to keep plant and equipment safe.
