Job summary

Walmart Davenport facility seeks a maintenance-oriented leader to implement the business plan, supervise staff, and ensure production, quality and safety standards are met. You will manage maintenance operations, monitor equipment, and coordinate with teams to improve efficiency.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of maintenance in logistics, and the ability to manage budgets and regulatory compliance. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field.
• 2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Monitor and manage productivity and ensure training, safety, quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and participate in hiring and evaluation.
• Manage maintenance department daily operations, equipment upkeep, and regulatory compliance.
• Control expenses, asset utilization and analyze business reports.
