The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a valid Maryland Driver’s license. The salary range is $65,000 - $78,000 with regular exempt benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in trade(s) including three years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Must maintain a valid class C Maryland Driver’s license or equivalent with fewer than 6 points.
• Knowledge of building systems and operations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all area maintenance activities in assigned zone.
• Inspect the work of others and perform hands-on tasks as required.
