Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years CMMS experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance with cross-team collaboration.
