Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Reliability Engineering or 2+ years Amazon RME FT experience
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 2+ years of CMMS experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities across the site
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues with relevant teams
