Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance-related environment; workload management and hiring/promotions.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a work or project team.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement area goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, duties, and workloads to hit facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Train and develop associates and leaders; hire and promote.
• Oversee maintenance department operations and regulatory compliance.

Education

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in Industrial field
