Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities within the designated area and coordinate with others.
• Monitor and adjust PM schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment to reduce production interruptions.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records in CMMS and report area performance.
• Collaborate with production and support departments to ensure food safety and product quality.
