CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable, and efficient material handling operations.

You’ll oversee teams maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, planning resources, developing talent, and partnering with client leadership and operations teams to deliver world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience and leadership/coaching.
• 2+ years of preventive/predictive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Financial literacy with budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, or schematics.

• Maintain a safety-first culture ensuring CBRE employees return home safely.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work and evaluate quality.
• Lead teams maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with client leadership to deliver world-class performance.
• Participate in hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop work standards and procedures.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance and development of the maintenance team.
• Plan staffing and track labor utilization, including overtime.
