SUMMARY:

This is a non-skiing/non-snowboarding position. Maintains grounds of property by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans grounds and removes litter and trash.
• Shovels snow from walks and driveways.
• Spreads salt/ice melt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Makes repairs to facilities as directed.
• Cleans and restocks bathrooms as needed.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Due to the many variables that affect Winter resort operations, such as weather and number of guests, occasionally employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility as needed, including performing in any subordinate position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
