Qualifikationen

• 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years' supervisory experience.

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling; assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Monitor and manage productivity of area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns; determine corrective action and communicate resolutions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and providing feedback.
• Foster belonging and inclusivity; lead with energy, communicate with impact, and build trust.
• Attract and retain talent; empower and recognize contributions; uphold integrity and Walmart values.
