Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising and developing managers/supervisors.
• Alternatively, 1 year as Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising associates; OR 3 years in operations/distribution/logistics with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing to drive and implement business plans and improvements.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements (quality, safety, production).
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards; develop and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback, training, and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates and managers.
