Job summary

Walmart Shelby, NC is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead staffing and scheduling, implement the area business plan, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.

You will supervise and develop associates and leaders, monitor performance, and ensure quality and safety standards while upholding Walmart policies and procedures.

The position offers a salary range of $65,500 to $98,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager; Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity by analyzing reports and coordinating workloads.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and ensure associates are trained on Logistics and company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
