The Simplot Company seeks an Area Location Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations including SGS Bakersfield. You will drive safety, efficiency, profitability, and asset optimization while leading teams and deploying new technology across sites.

This role requires 3+ years in leadership within operations or logistics, plus experience with technology solutions, asset and inventory strategies, and strong MS Office proficiency. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries.
• Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems.
• Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency.
• Valid driver license.

Summary

The Area Location Manager is a strategic operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the South Valley, including SGS Bakersfield, Edison and Hanford. This role drives operational excellence, asset utilization, logistics performance, technology adoption, safety, and team effectiveness.
