Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives and lead-generation efforts.

• Assist with collections and other operational needs as needed.
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents and current residents.

Clarksville, TN / Bowling Green, KY Area | Multifamily Housing 1+ Year Multifamily Leasing Experience Required Brookside is seeking an experienced Area Leasing Manager to support apartment communities throughout the Clarksville, TN and Bowling Green, KY markets.
