Job Summary

Assists with the supervision of a shift of warehouse operations and activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of all items for a multi-shift operation, received either from internal departments or external resources/suppliers. Ensures that parts and supplies are distributed to proper departments in a safe and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

High school graduate plus 1-year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce. Ability to obtain a forklift certification and must have a clean driving record. Prior experience with reach truck/stand up forklift is required. Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus. Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical Demands

Starting Pay

Starting Pay: $32.80/hr., a shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
