Candidate Requirements

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Implementing merchandising, cash, and inventory controls
• Profit and loss management, including budgeting and sales maximization
• Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management
• 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations
• Willingness to relocate after training
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
