Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

What you bring:
  • Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
  • Implementation of merchandising programs, cash and inventory control, motivation, teambuilding, and customer service excellence.
  • Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control.
  • Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management.
  • Either a 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations with 100+ employees.
  • Willingness to relocate after training.
  • Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
