We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Director to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, covering Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. This role involves acquiring and developing relationships with brokers, producer groups, and national accounts, focusing on life insurance products.

This is a fully remote position with travel requirements of approximately 40-50% within the region. The role offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 plus commissions, with top performers earning $250,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker and client relationships
• Achieve sales and relationship growth goals
• Maintain industry and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and relationship management in the life insurance industry
• FINRA Series 6, 7, or 63 required
• College degree preferred; Life & Health License preferred
