What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct equipment setup both remotely (via telephone) and directly (during home visits)
- Perform titration studies, ensuring accurate documentation is completed within one hour per patient
- Complete service calls, documenting activities and outcomes in a timely manner
- Maintain a current calendar reflecting availability for patient appointments
- Act as a clinical resource for completing clinical appointments and provide professional interaction with patients and medical staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred
- Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical services within the home medical equipment industry (oxygen therapy or respiratory) required
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field
- Experience in the home medical equipment industry beyond the required 3 years
- Advanced certifications related to respiratory therapy or nursing
- Familiarity with clinical issues and treatments related to cardio-pulmonary disease processes
- Proven ability to work independently and self-manage tasks
