Job summary

Nissan seeks an Area General Manager to lead dealer operations across multiple districts in Dallas, TX. You will drive wholesale and retail sales, oversee DOMs and FOMs, and coordinate marketing and incentive programs to maximize region performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; advanced degree desired.
• Proven ability to read and understand financial statements and apply insights to sales strategies.
• Experience leading dealer-facing teams and driving regional performance.
• Strong planning, coaching, and staff development capabilities.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with dealerships and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages assigned regional staff, sets performance goals, and conducts performance reviews.
• Drives vehicle wholesale and retail objectives through effective retail operations consulting and promotions.
• Reviews dealership sales and aftersales reports to monitor financial strength and ensure compliance.
• Assesses marketing plans and allocates regional promotional dollars to stay competitive.
• Supports dealership representation changes and adapts sales plans to market conditions.
• Leads dealer-facing corrective actions and ensures compliance with company standards.
