Job summary

Nissan seeks a Senior Dealer Operations Manager for the West Region. You will advise a network of Infiniti dealerships to boost sales, profitability and customer satisfaction, partnering with dealership leaders to optimize operations and inventory while supporting marketing initiatives.

Travel 75%+; must reside in the assigned SF Bay area. Bachelor’s in Business required with 6+ years in automotive sales/operations and 2+ years in a dealership-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, marketing, dealer operations, or related functions.
• 2+ years in a dealership-facing field role such as Dealer Operations Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to Infiniti dealership network to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales, financial, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to assess operations and provide consulting and coaching.
• Manage inventory, vehicle mix, allocation and aged inventory strategies.
• Support dealership marketing efforts and promote Nissan incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with dealership agreements and Nissan policies.
