Are you an organized, people-focused leader who thrives on multitasking, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly? Massage Envy is looking for a Part-Time Area Manager to support multiple clinic locations and help elevate performance, consistency, and team engagement.

This is an ideal role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who loves structure, data, and collaboration—and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and coach clinic managers and leadership teams across multiple locations
• Ensure operational consistency, policy compliance, and best practices
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Excel, Google Docs, and reporting tools
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, call-out tracking, and workflow efficiency
• Help drive sales, membership growth, and guest satisfaction
• Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and accountability
• Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, teams, and ownership
