Job summary

Coury Hospitality seeks an Area General Manager to lead operations for Hotel Citrine and AC Hotel Palo Alto in Silicon Valley. You will shape culture, drive performance, and elevate guest experiences across two Marriott-branded properties.

You will oversee strategy, financial planning, and cross-property collaboration, ensuring exceptional service and sustainable growth across the campus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
• Strong financial and operational expertise.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for two hotels.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Lead and develop department leaders across all operations.
• Champion guest satisfaction and service excellence.
