Coury Hospitality is seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to lead the operations of Hotel Citrine and AC Hotel Palo Alto in Silicon Valley. You will shape culture, inspire teams, and drive performance across two Marriott-branded properties to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

Your leadership will span strategy, financial management, guest satisfaction, and capital planning, building strong relationships with ownership, clients, and community stakeholders to ensure sustainable

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
• Strong financial and operational expertise.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
