Massage Envy in Florida seeks an Area Manager to oversee two clinics, lead two General Managers, and drive sales growth with strong operational discipline.

You will hire, onboard, coach teams, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain active front-desk presence to stay connected to the business, reporting to the District Manager with hands-on leadership.

• 5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit or GM experience preferred)

What You’ll Own

• Full operational oversight of two clinics
