Transdev North America, Inc. in Chula Vista, CA, seeks an Area General Manager to lead two fixed-route transit operations and a team of around 750 employees. You will drive safety, service quality, and financial performance while maintaining strong client and union relations.

The role requires strategic oversight of P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and fleet utilization, with a focus on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement across local locations.

The Area General Manager will proactively manage overall operations, including delivering safe, reliable service; overseeing employees; managing contract assets; managing risk; ensuring client and customer satisfaction; and driving financial performance. This position is based in Chula Vista, San Diego, CA, and supports two fixed route operating locations in South Bay(Chula Vista) and East County (El Cajon).
