Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Area General Manager to proactively oversee operations in Chula Vista, CA, and two fixed-route locations in South Bay and East County. You will lead management teams, optimize fleets, manage budgets, and drive safety and customer satisfaction while delivering strong financial performance.

• Strong P&L, budgeting, and labor relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Area General Manager

The Area General Manager will proactively manage overall operations, including delivering safe, reliable service; overseeing employees; managing contract assets; managing risk; ensuring client and customer satisfaction; and driving financial performance. This position is based in Chula Vista, San Diego, CA, and supports two fixed route operating locations in South Bay(Chula Vista) and East County (El Cajon).

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $180,000 – maximum $205,000
