Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and coursework in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in Funeral Home management or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budgets with local leadership and set financial, production, and revenue goals.
• Hold management accountable for achieving financial goals and approving expenditures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure on-time services and exceed client expectations.
• Establish location goals, monitor priorities, and communicate strategies to staff.
• Collaborate with management on resource sharing and process improvements.
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety, quality control, and compliance.
