- Associate's Degree in Business/Logistics or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Logistics or related field.
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
- 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling for area.
- Monitor productivity and analyze business reports for area.
- Maintain quality and safety standards and train associates.
- Identify concerns and take corrective action with others.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders; hire/promote/coach.
